Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years experience in food service management
- ability to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and kneel for extended periods
- proficiency with office and kitchen equipment
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to work in noisy and temperature-variable environments
