Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years experience in food service management
  • ability to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand and kneel for extended periods
  • proficiency with office and kitchen equipment
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to work in noisy and temperature-variable environments

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute operational strategy to meet financial and operating goals
  • lead and oversee daily operations of food service, beverage, vending, and retail outlets
  • manage and maintain operational budgets
  • ensure food quality and exceptional service standards
  • coordinate large volume food outlets and high-end special events
  • communicate effectively across teams and clients
  • supervise staff and resolve operational issues
