Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in restaurant management
  • knowledge of Cost of Goods and labor management systems
  • ability to manage back-of-house operations and ensure food safety
  • proficiency in Excel and Word
  • bilingual in Spanish and English
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a restaurant management role, either in a Quick Service Restaurant or a full-service restaurant
  • fundamental knowledge of Cost of Goods and labor management systems
  • proven expertise in managing back-of-house operations, encompassing food handling, staff supervision, inventory management, and adherence to food safety standards
  • proficiency in Excel, Word, and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • fully bilingual in Spanish and English

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee all operations at the location level
  • manage the hiring and onboarding process and lead employee management efforts
  • handle conflict resolutions, decision-making, and documentation
  • establish performance and process management by routinely communicating and supporting management and staff through feedback and performance reviews
  • oversee food quality and ensure standards are always followed and maintained
  • manage inventory and labor levels using KPIs to monitor productivity and cost productivity
  • create and maintain store schedules to maintain labor percentages
  • maintain compliance with Department of Health regulations, labor laws, fire safety standards, and workplace safety protocols
