Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in restaurant management
- knowledge of Cost of Goods and labor management systems
- ability to manage back-of-house operations and ensure food safety
- proficiency in Excel and Word
- bilingual in Spanish and English
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a restaurant management role, either in a Quick Service Restaurant or a full-service restaurant
- fundamental knowledge of Cost of Goods and labor management systems
- proven expertise in managing back-of-house operations, encompassing food handling, staff supervision, inventory management, and adherence to food safety standards
- proficiency in Excel, Word, and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- fully bilingual in Spanish and English
Job Duties
- Direct and oversee all operations at the location level
- manage the hiring and onboarding process and lead employee management efforts
- handle conflict resolutions, decision-making, and documentation
- establish performance and process management by routinely communicating and supporting management and staff through feedback and performance reviews
- oversee food quality and ensure standards are always followed and maintained
- manage inventory and labor levels using KPIs to monitor productivity and cost productivity
- create and maintain store schedules to maintain labor percentages
- maintain compliance with Department of Health regulations, labor laws, fire safety standards, and workplace safety protocols
