Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar food service or retail environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- supervise and direct staff, including staffing decisions such as hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
- monitor and control variable operating expenses, including labor and food costs
- maintain store security and safety, including cash handling and financial reporting
- monitor inventory levels, production, waste, and unauthorized giveaways to control costs
- ensure uniform policy adherence and personal appearance standards
- provide training and onboarding for new and existing staff
- prepare accurate bi-weekly staff schedules and personal schedule upon approval
- lead staff with clear expectations and accountability, including employment decisions and wage recommendations
- perform monthly physical inventory
- manage timekeeping accuracy for store employees
- review and authorize vendor invoice payments
- oversee maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and facilities
- coordinate store promotional, marketing, and advertising activities
- maintain good relations with mall management and participate in related committees
- comply with all company policies, federal and state regulations, including safety and environmental standards
- serve as a working manager on the front line with team members
- perform other duties as assigned
