Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar food service or retail environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
  • supervise and direct staff, including staffing decisions such as hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
  • monitor and control variable operating expenses, including labor and food costs
  • maintain store security and safety, including cash handling and financial reporting
  • monitor inventory levels, production, waste, and unauthorized giveaways to control costs
  • ensure uniform policy adherence and personal appearance standards
  • provide training and onboarding for new and existing staff
  • prepare accurate bi-weekly staff schedules and personal schedule upon approval
  • lead staff with clear expectations and accountability, including employment decisions and wage recommendations
  • perform monthly physical inventory
  • manage timekeeping accuracy for store employees
  • review and authorize vendor invoice payments
  • oversee maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and facilities
  • coordinate store promotional, marketing, and advertising activities
  • maintain good relations with mall management and participate in related committees
  • comply with all company policies, federal and state regulations, including safety and environmental standards
  • serve as a working manager on the front line with team members
  • perform other duties as assigned
