Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience or proven track record as a restaurant General Manager
- Ability to work 10 hour shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to operational and food safety compliance

- A genuine smiling personality
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience or a proven track record as a restaurant General Manager
- Preferably 3-5 years of restaurant industry experience
Job Duties
- Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
- Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for managers, shift leaders and team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
