Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods 4-8+ hours with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms for various tasks
  • Frequent bending stooping squatting stretching twisting and reaching overhead
  • Capability to walk stairs and use step ladder as needed

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong background in operations staff management and customer service
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • Proven ability to lead develop team and manage performance
  • Excellent customer service skills with complaint resolution
  • Experience managing budgets controlling costs and achieving financial targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities tasks and staff efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail especially in food quality cleanliness and safety compliance

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations ensuring cleanliness and efficiency
  • Ensure Wendy's operational standards for food quality service cleanliness and food safety are met
  • Implement and maintain food preparation storage and serving systems per company guidelines
  • Manage food inventory stock levels and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with safety sanitation and health regulations including regular safety checks and audits
  • Recruit hire train and develop team members fostering respect professionalism and customer service
  • Lead motivate and guide staff to achieve operational and service excellence
  • Conduct performance evaluations offer coaching and address performance issues
  • Schedule and assign tasks to staff managing labor costs and operational efficiency
  • Create a positive inclusive work environment fostering teamwork collaboration and morale
  • Oversee financial aspects including controlling food labor and operational costs
  • Review financial performance and adjust strategies to meet financial goals
  • Create and manage budget ensuring spending stays within limits maximizing profitability
  • Perform financial reports and maintain proper cash-handling procedures
  • Drive revenue growth through marketing promotions and customer service
  • Control inventory order supplies and reduce waste to ensure profitability
  • Ensure a customer-first mentality delivering outstanding service
  • Handle customer complaints concerns and feedback professionally ensuring positive resolution
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and strive for service quality improvement
  • Maintain a clean friendly and welcoming restaurant environment
  • Assist with staffing schedules ensuring proper coverage during peak hours within budget
  • Monitor labor costs and adjust staffing levels as necessary
  • Manage employee timecards approve shift changes and payroll
  • Ensure adherence to Wendy's policies and federal state and local regulations
  • Implement and ensure compliance with health safety labor laws and company guidelines
  • Provide reports to District Area Manager on performance challenges and opportunities
  • Conduct restaurant audits to ensure policy and procedure adherence
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules payroll inventory and finances
  • Lead local marketing efforts through promotions community outreach and loyalty initiatives
  • Implement company promotions and events to increase brand awareness
  • Develop relationships with local community to foster loyalty and brand recognition
  • Respond effectively to emergencies accidents or operational disruptions
  • Follow protocols to resolve issues quickly minimizing business impact
  • Train staff on emergency procedures preparing them for unexpected situations
