Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4 years of leadership experience in restaurant setting
- prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- knowledge of OSHA and local health and safety codes
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- basic computer literacy
- strong organizational skills
- able to enforce safe work behaviors
- adherence to company appearance and behavior standards

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work activities
- appraise employee performance and provide feedback including rewarding or disciplining as necessary
- foster a positive restaurant culture to enhance employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- maintain a warm and hospitable environment by modeling professional behavior
- communicate sales performance and anticipated variances to management
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- assist team members with job duties when needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet and address guest concerns ensuring satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- oversee cash control and security procedures
- manage inventory and food and labor costs
- review financial reports and schedules and take necessary actions
- control food costs via recipe adherence and portion control
- optimize employee schedules using labor tools
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
