Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Familiarity with managing food, labor, and operational costs
- Ability to enforce company policies and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to handle multiple projects and lead a team
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with OSHA and local health guidelines
- Ability to maintain professional conduct and serve as role model
- Basic computer skills for operational management.
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Foster a high level of employee engagement and shape restaurant culture
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and variances to management team
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety codes
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, scheduling, and financial report review
- Manage food, labor, and operational costs
- Follow recipes and portion control
- Oversee weekly inventory process
- Optimize labor schedules using company tools
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other assigned duties.
