Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Willingness to assist in operational tasks as needed
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to uphold company standards
  • Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing to meet business goals
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness regulations
  • Lead marketing and community engagement initiatives such as fundraisers
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Assist in restaurant tasks as needed to support team and operations
