Job Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant leadership or general management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Willingness to assist in various roles when necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Ability to oversee food safety and operational standards
- Experience in community engagement or marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality and service
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff to build a cohesive and motivated team
- Manage profit and loss statements, sales forecasting, and staffing to achieve financial targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment
- Develop and implement creative marketing initiatives to engage the local community
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- Step in to assist in all restaurant functions as needed to support smooth operations
