Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant leadership or general management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Willingness to assist in various roles when necessary
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to oversee food safety and operational standards
  • Experience in community engagement or marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality and service
  • Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff to build a cohesive and motivated team
  • Manage profit and loss statements, sales forecasting, and staffing to achieve financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment
  • Develop and implement creative marketing initiatives to engage the local community
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by fostering a welcoming atmosphere
  • Step in to assist in all restaurant functions as needed to support smooth operations
