Job Duties
- oversee all restaurant operations to ensure smooth and profitable business functioning
- hire, train, and develop a team of motivated employees
- maintain food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
- manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and profit and loss responsibilities
- create and implement local marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
- deliver exceptional guest service experiences consistently
- assist in daily operational tasks as needed
