Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Must meet state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- Stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Reach with hands and use hands to handle objects
- Bend and stoop
- Ability to taste, smell and communicate verbally
- Good vision including close, distance, peripheral, color vision and depth perception
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and promote high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment
- Monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs, and review financial reports
- Manage P&L, including food cost, labor cost, and carryout cost
- Control food costs through recipe adherence and portion control
- Optimize labor scheduling using company tools
- Ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
