Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience managing a restaurant or similar operation
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to bend, reach overhead, handle kitchen equipment, and stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- commitment to maintaining a safe and alert work environment

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- provide leadership and motivation to ensure all team members are guest-focused and team-focused
- set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
- manage staffing, inventory, labor, and accountability
- plan and execute regular coaching, training, and corrective actions
- create exceptional customer experiences by inspiring teams
