Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in hotel management or similar role
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws regulations and industry standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working with Hilton Marriott or IHG or similar hospitality brands
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong financial management and budgeting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement operational policies
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in hospitality
  • Expertise in guest service and quality assurance
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and coordinate teams
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Provide strong leadership to the hotel staff including department heads
  • Supervise and manage all hotel personnel including hiring training scheduling evaluating and disciplining
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork collaboration and high morale
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel including front desk housekeeping food and beverage maintenance and other departments
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics and take corrective actions
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and address complaints promptly
  • Develop and manage the hotel’s annual budget including revenue forecasting and expense management
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy
  • Ensure compliance with laws regulations and industry standards
  • Represent the hotel in the local community and build positive relationships
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans including expansion renovation and rebranding
