Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. This franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but is a completely separate company from McDonald's USA, which means all employment decisions including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- prior general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail preferred
- ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- availability to work flexible hours
- commitment to uphold McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- strong organizational and planning skills

- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- at least 18 years of age to qualify for the manager role
- knowledge of McDonald's operational standards
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching
- follow up on Department Managers' progress
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- improve restaurant departments through effective leadership
