Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant management experience in a restaurant setting
  • Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work full time including flexible hours
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
  • Ability to conduct safety assessments and incident investigations

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant ensuring excellent dining experience
  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment for team members
  • Manage and develop team members including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance reviews
  • Enforce food safety standards and operational compliance
  • Respond to guest complaints and improve guest satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling, staffing needs, and payroll administration
  • Control costs related to food, beverage, labor, and utilities to meet financial goals
