Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience in retail or food service management
  • ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency in cash management and inventory control
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • capability to enforce company policies and regulatory compliance

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
  • supervise and direct staff
  • make staffing decisions including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, scheduling
  • ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety
  • manage financial reporting including cash handling and bank deposits
  • monitor inventory levels, production, waste, and unauthorized giveaways
  • maintain security and safety of the store
  • ensure adherence to uniform and dress code policies
  • provide disciplined leadership and accountability
  • develop and implement marketing, promotional, and pricing strategies
  • coordinate cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • process payment of invoices and vendor interactions
  • maintain operational and personnel files
  • comply with all brand and company policies and government regulations
  • act as a working manager on the front line with team members
  • perform other duties as assigned
