Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or related hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Ability to work full-time and fulfill supervisory responsibilities
  • Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and develop budgets
  • Knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Familiarity with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with strategic planning and business development

Job Duties

  • Provide strong leadership to hotel staff including department heads to ensure goal alignment
  • Supervise and manage hotel personnel including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and disciplining
  • Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and high morale
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient hotel management
  • Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics such as occupancy rates, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction scores and take corrective actions
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by setting and maintaining high customer service standards and addressing guest complaints promptly
