Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or related hospitality industry
- Strong leadership capability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Ability to work full-time and fulfill supervisory responsibilities
- Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze financial reports and develop budgets
- Knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Familiarity with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with strategic planning and business development
Job Duties
- Provide strong leadership to hotel staff including department heads to ensure goal alignment
- Supervise and manage hotel personnel including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and disciplining
- Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and high morale
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient hotel management
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics such as occupancy rates, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction scores and take corrective actions
- Ensure exceptional guest service by setting and maintaining high customer service standards and addressing guest complaints promptly
