Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants
- Prior leadership role experience required
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of OSHA and local safety codes
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and stooping
- Compliance with state-mandated alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- Availability to model employee appearance and presentation standards

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and policy implementation
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees
- Foster a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to promote guest satisfaction and job success
- Model professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with duties and encourage sales building activities
- Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew members
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control inventory, labor schedules, cash handling, and financial reporting
- Manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- Follow recipe and portion control guidelines
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
