- Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant retail or guest service management experience
- must be 18 years of age or older

- willingness to learn new systems and tools

- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
- experience with sales building profit and loss statements recruitment and training preferred
- aptitude for store systems including Toast CrunchTime GoSpotCheck EcoSure TeamworX Medallia Workday Beekeeper preferred
- valid driver’s license preferred
- high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including scheduling and bench planning
- build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting and accountability
- execute and train team members on role-based programs and onboarding initiatives
- provide ongoing coaching and recognition to support team development
- model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
- lead by example to inspire outstanding guest experiences
- resolve employee and customer relations and operational issues in a timely manner
- drive strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- take ownership to drive store sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- manage supply chain processes and asset management for efficient operations
- utilize financial knowledge to manage budgets and analyze financial trends
- maintain standards in food safety, sanitation, and health protocols
