- previous management experience in a fitness or club environment
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards
- comprehensive knowledge of facility operational, sales, and management systems
- proficiency in software programs utilized at the facility
- experience in motivating and managing staff effectively
- proven track record of personal production success
- ability to lead and run productive meetings
- understanding of sales reporting and its impact on performance
- complete knowledge of the general manager position description and compensation plan
- familiarity with all company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- manage all aspects of gym operations to ensure efficiency and member satisfaction
- oversee revenue generation and membership sales to meet financial targets
- lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional service
- conduct production meetings to review performance and align team goals
- utilize company software systems proficiently to track operations and sales
- enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards
- analyze sales reports and implement strategies for performance improvement
