Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of management experience in a cafe or restaurant setting
- ability to work 45 hours per week including weekends
- proficiency in scheduling and labor management
- strong organizational skills
- capacity to lead and motivate diverse teams
- knowledge of P&L management
- excellent problem-solving skills
- valid work authorization

Job Duties
- Recruit and motivate an excellent team
- oversee recruiting and new hire onboarding
- plan trainings and development for the team
- implement regular employee check ins to provide and pull feedback
- perform disciplinary actions when necessary
- coach and guide the AGM
- meet or exceed sales goals
- manage labor and COGS within budget
- write effective schedules and approve timesheets
- manage pars and end of period inventory
- strategically cover call outs
- coach and correct ordering
- foster a safe and clean cafe environment for guests and employees
- own preventative maintenance for the cafe
- ensure a safe and respectful working environment for all employees and guests
- attend weekly management meetings
- give clear and direct feedback to staff
- execute all duties of either FOH or BOH at the highest level
- execute duties of the other discipline at a baseline functionality
