Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Must be able to take and provide direction
  • Capability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Able to react productively to change

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Execute company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
  • Lead, interview, select, train and develop Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers and Crew Members
  • Maintain an environment of engaged employees
  • Communicate effectively with all team members
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives
  • Adapt to fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Perform accountabilities and key measurement criteria
  • Maintain knowledge and ability as required
  • Perform physical demands required by the work environment
