Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- must have reliable transportation
- physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as walking, reaching, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds
- willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as business dictates
Job Qualifications
- experience managing staff and restaurant operations
- ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions
- leadership skills with the ability to train and develop employees
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of inventory control and cash handling
- previous experience in food service management preferred
Job Duties
- manage a staff of assistant managers and approximately 15-30 employees
- assign, oversee, and evaluate work for compliance
- manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
- provide on the job training and coaching for new employees
- delegate and oversee ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all supplies to minimize loss
- assist in supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
- forecast food consumption and supervise food preparation during shifts
- assist team members during rush periods for efficiency
- ensure world-class customer service is delivered
- complete daily food preparations such as slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- execute systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity and completeness
- maintain accurate paperwork and inventory controls
- conduct weekly manager meetings and audits
- complete preventative maintenance on equipment
- manage cash drawers and deposits
- perform other related duties as required
