Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age
  • must have reliable transportation
  • physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as walking, reaching, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as business dictates

Job Qualifications

  • experience managing staff and restaurant operations
  • ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions
  • leadership skills with the ability to train and develop employees
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • knowledge of inventory control and cash handling
  • previous experience in food service management preferred

Job Duties

  • manage a staff of assistant managers and approximately 15-30 employees
  • assign, oversee, and evaluate work for compliance
  • manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
  • provide on the job training and coaching for new employees
  • delegate and oversee ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all supplies to minimize loss
  • assist in supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
  • forecast food consumption and supervise food preparation during shifts
  • assist team members during rush periods for efficiency
  • ensure world-class customer service is delivered
  • complete daily food preparations such as slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • execute systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity and completeness
  • maintain accurate paperwork and inventory controls
  • conduct weekly manager meetings and audits
  • complete preventative maintenance on equipment
  • manage cash drawers and deposits
  • perform other related duties as required
