Job Duties

  • oversee all people and operations for a Wendy's restaurant
  • create and sustain a positive work environment reflecting Wendy's core values
  • lead the leadership team to foster a culture of consistency and performance
  • drive customer service, training, development, sales, and profit growth
  • manage profit and loss to control costs and achieve profit targets
  • identify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvements
  • ensure compliance with food safety and operational procedures
