Job Duties
- oversee all people and operations for a Wendy's restaurant
- create and sustain a positive work environment reflecting Wendy's core values
- lead the leadership team to foster a culture of consistency and performance
- drive customer service, training, development, sales, and profit growth
- manage profit and loss to control costs and achieve profit targets
- identify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvements
- ensure compliance with food safety and operational procedures
