Job Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in QSR or retail management
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to work all necessary schedules including holidays and weekends
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Commitment to nurturing an equitable and inclusive culture
  • 0-10% travel requirement
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors according to company standards
  • Build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and performance management
  • Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards and guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all store physical property is in good working condition
  • Direct and manage store sales efforts including Hot Light times, retail sales, fundraising, and suggestive selling
  • Achieve business plan objectives and profitability according to store operating plan and financial goals
  • Demonstrate safety consciousness and promote store safety
  • Maintain a high level of store sanitation and cleanliness
  • Implement procedures to maximize efficiencies and control variances in production and store performance
  • Understand production process and maintain schedule for quality and output
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing labor hours
  • Interface with corporate office personnel as needed
