Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience or training
- Ability to read and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
- Mathematical skills including algebra and geometry applications
- Analytical and reasoning skills to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions
- Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
- Must be Serve-Safe certified

- Ability to analyze profit and loss data and take corrective measures

- Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while complying with company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to managers and crew
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective actions
- Plan and budget for efficient restaurant operation
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes
