Job Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent
- Five or more years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
- Track record of success building and retaining high-performing teams
- Experience managing budgets and profit and loss
- Proficiency with YARDI software and computer programs
- Strong financial skills with knowledge of GAAP
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days where applicable

- Five or more years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries
- Proven success in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Experience managing budgets and profit and loss statements
- Proficiency with industry software such as YARDI
- Strong financial skills and basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days where applicable
Job Duties
- Leading by example and being a role model for company values and culture
- Inspiring the team to execute sales, marketing, and operational activities that meet budgeted occupancy and retention goals
- Managing the property’s financial performance within the established budget
- Coaching team members to understand their role in the organization’s success
- Creating and delivering accurate financial and operational reports to clients and ownership groups
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, residents, employees, and vendors
- Monitoring competitive marketplace and coaching the team to differentiate the community and company
- Partnering with consumer marketing to implement strategies positioning the community as a destination
- Ensuring high guest satisfaction and outstanding customer ratings
- Working one weekend per month and two weekdays off to accommodate prospective resident visits
- Encouraging professional growth through knowledge sharing and training participation
- Supporting continuous education and development opportunities
