Job Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple responsibilities

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a managerial role preferably in franchise or retail foodservice operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgeting and cost controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational software systems
Job Duties
- Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- Supervise and direct store staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
- Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses
- Manage store assets ensuring security and safety
- Oversee cash handling and financial reporting including bank deposits and securing safe combinations
- Monitor inventory levels, production, waste, and control cost of goods without compromising quality
- Direct cleaning, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate promotional, marketing, advertising, and public relations activities
- Maintain strong relations with mall management and participate in relevant community business committees
