Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience in the foodservice or retail franchise sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet financial targets and control costs
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities

  • Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a managerial role preferably in franchise or retail foodservice operations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgeting and cost controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work flexibly including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in inventory management and operational software systems

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
  • Supervise and direct store staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses
  • Manage store assets ensuring security and safety
  • Oversee cash handling and financial reporting including bank deposits and securing safe combinations
  • Monitor inventory levels, production, waste, and control cost of goods without compromising quality
  • Direct cleaning, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate promotional, marketing, advertising, and public relations activities
  • Maintain strong relations with mall management and participate in relevant community business committees
