Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years' experience as a General Manager in a lifestyle or luxury hotel
- proven track record of managing multi-outlet F&B operations
- strong knowledge of financial management and revenue strategies
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- proficient in data analysis and business intelligence tools
- strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Effectively manage owners' assets with a focus on maximizing returns and Hyatt's value proposition
- develop, execute, and evolve multi-year property level business strategies with focus on brand positioning
- maintain and build positive and effective relationships with property ownership
- utilize data insights to make strong business decisions
- understand property financials including departmental P&Ls and oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and planning
- challenge and improve current operational practices to meet guest and customer quality expectations
- optimize sales and revenue management strategies for growth and long-term profitability
- maintain the facility to preserve asset value
- lead capital planning and utilization of owner’s capital for property improvements
- embrace technology and digital initiatives to enhance property performance
- ensure safety of colleagues and guests
- align property operations, guest service and commercial offerings to Hyatt brand
