Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years' experience as a General Manager in a lifestyle or luxury hotel
  • proven track record of managing multi-outlet F&B operations
  • strong knowledge of financial management and revenue strategies
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • proficient in data analysis and business intelligence tools
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Effectively manage owners' assets with a focus on maximizing returns and Hyatt's value proposition
  • develop, execute, and evolve multi-year property level business strategies with focus on brand positioning
  • maintain and build positive and effective relationships with property ownership
  • utilize data insights to make strong business decisions
  • understand property financials including departmental P&Ls and oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and planning
  • challenge and improve current operational practices to meet guest and customer quality expectations
  • optimize sales and revenue management strategies for growth and long-term profitability
  • maintain the facility to preserve asset value
  • lead capital planning and utilization of owner’s capital for property improvements
  • embrace technology and digital initiatives to enhance property performance
  • ensure safety of colleagues and guests
  • align property operations, guest service and commercial offerings to Hyatt brand
  • practice and promote environmental sustainability
  • balance needs and support of leaders, colleagues, guests, owners, and community reputation
  • adapt to change and envision new profit and revenue growth opportunities
