Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five or more years of full service restaurant management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with POS systems
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

- Five or more years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve the center’s financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales
- Review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with the team
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Conduct regular meetings with the management team to review performance, offer direction, and adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
- Address center-level HR and loss prevention issues while maintaining high team morale
- Ensure guest service goals are met, resolve customer complaints appropriately, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program maintaining high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Provide ongoing training to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
