Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous experience managing high volume locations
- ability to lead and develop teams
- availability to work flexible hours
- excellent interpersonal skills
- commitment to maintaining quality and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities
- help Department Managers set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- manage day-to-day operations to maintain high customer satisfaction
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
