Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant franchisee operating under the McDonald’s brand, a well-known and globally recognized leader in the quick service restaurant industry. This independent franchisee owns and operates the restaurant using McDonald’s logos and food products but functions as a separate company from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous general manager experience in quick service restaurants or related fields
- strong leadership skills
- ability to manage a team and set goals
- excellent communication skills
- experience in hospitality or retail is desirable

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and coach Department Managers to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- ensure the restaurant has the appropriate team to support future success
- oversee daily restaurant operations and staffing
- maintain high customer satisfaction and food safety standards
