Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure execution of all company policies and procedures
- Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop staff including Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members
- Create and maintain an engaged and motivated employee culture
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Work effectively with the store team to achieve restaurant objectives
- Maintain operational standards and ensure customer satisfaction
