Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure execution of all company policies and procedures
  • Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop staff including Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members
  • Create and maintain an engaged and motivated employee culture
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Work effectively with the store team to achieve restaurant objectives
  • Maintain operational standards and ensure customer satisfaction
