Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to bend and reach overhead often
- Dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
- Comfortable working in varied temperatures including hot and cold
- Ability to work near open flames
- Comfortable working in tight spaces
- Maintain near constant communication with multiple people
- Good close, distance, and peripheral vision
- Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
- Work in a constant state of alertness and safety
- Occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
