Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of three years restaurant management experience
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of labor laws and sanitation regulations
  • leadership and supervisory skills
  • basic accounting and computer skills
  • ability to work autonomously
  • problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • willingness to adhere to appearance and hygiene standards
