Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of general manager or senior restaurant management experience
  • proven ability to lead teams of 25-50+ employees
  • strong financial acumen with experience managing food & labor targets
  • excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • ServSafe certified or willing to obtain
  • ability to work 45-55 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations ensuring speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and brand standards
  • maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • execute all corporate programs, promotions, and local initiatives
  • own the restaurant P&L including labor, food cost, waste, inventory, and controllables
  • analyze KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
  • deliver consistent results in sales growth, labor efficiency, and cost control
  • recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
  • develop Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders through coaching and accountability
  • build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and guest-first service
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • handle performance management, corrective action, and HR documentation properly
  • create a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace
  • drive a world-class guest experience by resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • monitor guest feedback, OSAT scores, and online reviews
  • lead from the floor during peak periods
