Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts and weekends
- Compliance with state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands for handling objects
- Ability to taste, smell and verbally communicate
- Vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register areas

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff management and execution of company policies
- Recruit, interview, hire, train and develop employees
- Plan, assign and direct work while appraising performance and addressing employee issues including termination
- Create and maintain a positive culture to ensure employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to promote job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional and hospitable behavior to encourage excellent service
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service concerns
- Maintain efficient operations through cost control and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control daily operations including cash control, inventory, food and labor management, financial reporting, and scheduling
- Manage profit and loss including food, labor, carryout, and other controllable costs
- Oversee weekly inventory and ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
