Job Requirements
- Pass background and credit checks
- Comply with labor law regulations
- Minimum of 45-50 work hours per week including weekend evenings
- Schedule adherence with Director of Operations approval for changes
- Must agree to E-Verify employment eligibility verification
- Work schedule includes at least two weekend evenings per week
- Flexible to open and close shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Manager’s Food Safety Certificate
- Working knowledge of computers
- Ability to lift 15-20 pounds
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Preferred college degree or equivalent experience
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members following the TRED framework
- Maintain the highest standards of friendliness and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and inventory control
- Oversee purchasing, payroll validation, and labor law compliance
- Schedule work hours strategically to cover peak business periods including weekends and nights
- Ensure managers clock in and out accurately and adhere to scheduled shifts
- Utilize feedback tools such as the PIN program and 5 minute feedback for team development
