Job Requirements

  • Pass background and credit checks
  • Comply with labor law regulations
  • Minimum of 45-50 work hours per week including weekend evenings
  • Schedule adherence with Director of Operations approval for changes
  • Must agree to E-Verify employment eligibility verification
  • Work schedule includes at least two weekend evenings per week
  • Flexible to open and close shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Manager’s Food Safety Certificate
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to lift 15-20 pounds
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Preferred college degree or equivalent experience
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members following the TRED framework
  • Maintain the highest standards of friendliness and cleanliness
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and inventory control
  • Oversee purchasing, payroll validation, and labor law compliance
  • Schedule work hours strategically to cover peak business periods including weekends and nights
  • Ensure managers clock in and out accurately and adhere to scheduled shifts
  • Utilize feedback tools such as the PIN program and 5 minute feedback for team development
