- Prior leadership role experience
- Ability to work varied shifts and weekends
- Adherence to state mandates for alcohol service where applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic business math and computer literacy

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff in accordance with company policies
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise employee performance and provide rewards or disciplinary actions
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance job performance and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and anticipated variances
- Cascade corporate programs to management and staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Promote sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain cost controls, efficient operations, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage schedules and labor performance
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform additional duties as assigned
