Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience managing a high volume restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Basic understanding of financial and operational metrics
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations
- Experience in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to set goals and motivate teams to achieve targets
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring compliance with McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to meet their objectives and improve department performance
- Hire, develop, and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
- Monitor financial performance and control costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
