Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience managing a high volume restaurant or similar environment
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Basic understanding of financial and operational metrics
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations
  • Experience in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to set goals and motivate teams to achieve targets
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring compliance with McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to meet their objectives and improve department performance
  • Hire, develop, and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
  • Monitor financial performance and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
