Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- adherence to state-mandated age requirements for alcohol serving positions
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, handle objects and tools
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- verbal communication skills
- visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including sales floor, stock, and register areas
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols based on CDC and local guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- managing daily restaurant operations
- recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- planning, assigning, and directing work
- appraising employee performance
- rewarding and disciplining staff including termination
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- shaping restaurant culture and ensuring employee engagement
- coaching and mentoring team members
- modeling professional behavior and fostering a hospitable atmosphere
- communicating sales performance and corporate initiatives
- assisting team members with job duties as needed
- championing sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greeting guests and resolving food quality and service issues
- maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensuring compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforcing safe work behaviors
- monitoring food quality and cleanliness standards
- controlling cash, security, inventory, food and labor costs
- managing schedules and sales performance
