Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, foodservice management, or related field preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • minimum five years of foodservice management experience
  • proven experience managing financials including budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • strong leadership presence
  • ability to motivate, coach, and retain teams
  • experience in retail cafe operations and catering programs
  • knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of foodservice management experience, preferably in corporate dining, cafe, or catering environments
  • proven experience managing financials including budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and retain high performing teams
  • experience overseeing retail cafe operations and catering programs
  • multi unit or complex account experience preferred
  • strong client relationship and communication skills
  • solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
  • bachelor's degree in hospitality, foodservice management, or related field preferred or equivalent professional experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily operations for cafe service and catering programs, ensuring seamless execution and consistent guest experience
  • lead, coach, and develop management and hourly teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality
  • maintain full P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and food cost control
  • partner closely with the client to ensure expectations are met and exceeded, serving as a trusted operational advisor
  • ensure compliance with all company standards, food safety regulations, sanitation requirements, and record keeping practices
  • drive operational efficiency while maintaining Wolfgang Puck Catering quality standards and presentation
  • lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of management team members
