  • At least 2 years of restaurant general manager experience in a full-service setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a full-service setting
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Passion for creating a positive restaurant culture
  • Experience with financial management and cost control

Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your hourly and management team
  • Perform administrative activities including inventory, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • Own the financials including cost control, budgeting, forecasting
  • Ensure food safety, quality and presentation through regular line checks
  • Support kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
  • Manage stressful situations calmly while maintaining operational efficiency
