Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of restaurant general manager experience in a full-service setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coach and mentor staff

- Experience with financial management and cost control
Job Duties
- Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
- Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your hourly and management team
- Perform administrative activities including inventory, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
- Own the financials including cost control, budgeting, forecasting
- Ensure food safety, quality and presentation through regular line checks
- Support kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
- Manage stressful situations calmly while maintaining operational efficiency
