Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept or recommendation by current Area Manager
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Display effective leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels
  • Proficient in interpreting Profit and Loss Statements
  • Computer literate

Job Duties

  • Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
  • Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
  • Managing inventory control and restaurant maintenance
  • Recruiting, training, and retaining restaurant staff
  • Monitoring financial performance and interpreting Profit and Loss Statements
  • Performing other duties as required or assigned
