Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 18 years of age
  • eligibility to work in the United States pursuant to state and federal requirements
  • maintain employment eligibility throughout tenure

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership experience in a fitness or customer service environment
  • strong understanding of sales strategies and financial budgets
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to resolve customer complaints tactfully
  • knowledge of facility maintenance and safety standards
  • experience in recruitment and team development

Job Duties
