- at least 18 years of age

- proven leadership experience in a fitness or customer service environment
- strong understanding of sales strategies and financial budgets
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to resolve customer complaints tactfully
- knowledge of facility maintenance and safety standards
- experience in recruitment and team development
Job Duties
