Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of hotel management experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Proven ability to manage budgets and operational tasks
- Valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff members
- Ensure the hotel meets high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
- Manage guest reviews and address guest concerns promptly
- Oversee operational processes including budget, labor, occupancy, and P&L management
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives by networking within the local community
- Assist with housekeeping and daily laundry duties as needed
- Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security measures are met
