Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of hotel management experience
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and operational tasks
  • Valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a hotel general manager
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive and aggressive in problem resolution
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff members
  • Ensure the hotel meets high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
  • Manage guest reviews and address guest concerns promptly
  • Oversee operational processes including budget, labor, occupancy, and P&L management
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives by networking within the local community
  • Assist with housekeeping and daily laundry duties as needed
  • Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security measures are met
