Job Requirements
- GED/diploma required
- bachelor’s degree in logistics or related discipline preferred
- a minimum of 5 years management experience, 2 in a similar industry
- 6 years’ experience in industry or related field
- last-mile delivery or small parcel experience highly desired
- experience with an independent contractor model
- strong negotiation skills
- ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
- strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Job Duties
- Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services
- Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
- Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly
- systemically report these results to the regional operations and general managers
- Responsible for maintaining engineered staffing levels for all positions including coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity
- Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with vendors and independent contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
