Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food handler certification required or can be obtained during onboarding training
  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must thoroughly understand the importance of good hygiene and food handling practices

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food handler certification required or able to obtain during onboarding
  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Job Duties

  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
  • Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members, in partnership with the District Manager
  • Work with District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
  • Communicate in a timely and effective manner with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
  • Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant is meeting standards
  • Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
  • Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
  • Identify and resolve issues with food preparation and help handle customer service issues
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and proper safety procedures
  • Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for new job responsibilities and exploring opportunities to add value
  • Meet restaurant operating policies and standards including quality food products, cash handling, and store safety
  • Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance problems
  • Use company tools to coach, mentor and develop team members
  • Drive results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
