Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- Food handler certification required or can be obtained during onboarding training
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must thoroughly understand the importance of good hygiene and food handling practices
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members, in partnership with the District Manager
- Work with District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
- Communicate in a timely and effective manner with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
- Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant is meeting standards
- Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
- Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
- Identify and resolve issues with food preparation and help handle customer service issues
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and proper safety procedures
- Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for new job responsibilities and exploring opportunities to add value
- Meet restaurant operating policies and standards including quality food products, cash handling, and store safety
- Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance problems
- Use company tools to coach, mentor and develop team members
- Drive results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
