Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Knowledge of food and labor cost management
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Must be legally able to work in the specified location.

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and anticipated variances
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain safe environment
- Monitor quality food preparation and cleanliness standards
- Control cash and inventory
- Manage food cost, labor cost and other controllable items
- Optimize employee scheduling and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
