Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency with sales strategies and financial management
  • experience with operational systems and reporting tools
  • customer service excellence
  • ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
